Elizabeth Jane Hurley, an English model and actress who became famous during the 1990s as Hugh Grant's girlfriend and the former English model. When Grant was at the centre of attention in the media because of his global film's box office success, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Hurley accompanied Grant in the black plunged Versace gown held together by the gold safety pins. The actress gained immediate publicity from the media. Hurley's relationship with Estee Lauder, a cosmetics maker, has been seen as a high point in her career. Hurley began her modeling contract with the company at the age of 29 years old. The company has employed Hurley as a model for their products particularly for perfumes like Sensuous Intuitions and Pleasures. The most famous of her roles is her character, Vanessa Kensington, in the hit spy comedy films International Man of Mystery (2007) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000).
